Do you use any memory techniques to learn? If so, what do you use?

I would like to acquire more efficient ways to learn in general, but more specifically something to help me with Mathematics, Programming and Economics.
What do you work with?

Number chunking, funny stories, picture association. I use them sometimes but I don't have to remember much important things now-a-days.

For matheamtics and programming it's understanding the basics, then it doesn't need much learning. You can do this by practicing (for programming especially; especially data structures like trees, sorting algorithms, etc. are being learned the best if you program it yourself).
Economics is learning by heart and hence gay

4 hours of doing the work. If I don't understand something, I do more problems until it becomes muscle memory. I pound the shit into my brain. I'm not that smart, but this works for me every time and I don't struggle.

I use the pomodoro technique, it sounds like a meme but studying has become a lot easier for me now

>> No.10387129

My full method is studying using the pomodoro technique while using the sq3r technique for reading textbooks and at the end of the day i do anki cards. after ending the whole subject i do a memory palace of the whole thing, this is to have the highest retention of info possible at the highest efficiency possible
Any suggestions to make this better?
I also use caffeine pills and nicotine salts while studying

also I use a LOT of flashcards (mostly when studying foreing languages' vocabolulary)

What places do you choose for your mental palace?
Do you use different places for different subjects, or you just recycle the same places by placing some clue about the subject?
How effective is your method? It seems like you do a lot of stuff at once for the same material.

It's a more abstract version of memory palace. I built the systems when I was 15 or so and they just operate in the background.

Unfortunately I got good enough at low level memory control that I can also strip references to certain memories (deleting), manufacture false memories if desired (never used), and am generally really fucked up. My mind has become trained to not consciously remember anything, and I form amnesia barriers frequently. This is not so easily unlearned.

I only say that because yesterday I felt like a veil finally lifted, I'm seeing faces, names, events, periods of my life I haven't thought about in years. Pictures are streaming through my mind, phrases, sounds. I shouldn't try to control it.

I have a system of integrals that generate a revenue of miniature versions of themselves that reduce all tension and increase the output of other organs so that when i need to recall something I can simply check the back up or try to recall for a simpler pace to then and it may just lock into a perfect amalglamation of my current suggestion for more menial forms of that same generation to occupy a ternary form of the information so that I can suggest an affirmation or reduce to conversation again.

That's a good one. Literally think nothing at all then.

To be honest I'm not sure whether what you're saying is a joke or not, I'll catch the bait:
How effective is whatever is the thing you're talking about? How is your retention of what you decide to remember?
