so I got BPD and dropped out of school. Originally, I attended college for CS but then changed majors to accounting because I thought CS was hard. I passed Intro to cpp with a C letter grade and idk what to do on our first assignment of Data Structures in cpp class. I'm regaining the interest of CS back but idk. I'm mostly interested in security/hacking but I dabble a bit on that and I feel like a brainlet. Idk what to do with my life...

to be honest, just don't slack around. Review your notes and do your work. I definitely got a C on my intro class because I always wasted my time on my phone watching stupid shit. I regret it so much desu

>because I thought CS was hard
Not only you're bipolar but I would also point out that you're a certified brainlet if you think CS is hard, any braindead moron with 75+ IQ could complete a CS degree.

>how do you handle school work, man?
Barely. So far, I've understood all the subjects very easily so exams and quality of work aren't the issue, in fact I'm pretty sure I'm one of the top students. My problem is how much of a fucking retard I am about getting my homework and readings done. I just watch deadlines float by and watch myself do nothing about it for some reason. I understand "I need to do this at some point in the future" but for some reason can never get it through my head that "right now WAS the future when I first got the assignment"

My grades especially plummeted last winter because I went through a serious depressive phase and basically melted down. Strangely, my bipolar seems to have steadied out because I've basically just been in a mixed state for the past six months. It's pretty much just been like hypomania without the productivity and with much more anxiety

Let me guess, your cs program looked like this...

Nope, raw doggin' it. I took lamotrigine for a while but never noticed any real change and the thought of getting Stevens-Johnson syndrome worried me a lot despite how unlikely it is

OOF, try out Zyprexa. I'm on it but just on 5 milligrams

That's pretty much how I work in my classes. I'm not sure why I work this way, but it doesn't seem to be bothering me too much as I'm mostly straight A's.
>>10363918
You seem to be confused about yourself in general, which is making it hard for you to study. I had the same issue has you did, but you should probably go with what you love the most (yeah that sounds pretty gay but whatever). Understanding that you might be able to do both, or maybe take one of the subjects as a hobby.

I suggest you finish C++ to get the feel of programming, and get into Java (or JavaScript) and HTML to hack whatever you want

just so you know, BPD is most often used to refer to borderline personality disorder, not bipolar
People with bipolar are bros and are good at wordplay. People with BPD should be avoided at all costs for as long as possible
