Rearrange in the same way you rearrange all such problems from calc 1 on up.

1. prove that if S is *not* stationary then D is not either
2. assume S misses some club set. Then does D also miss the same C?
3. if not, can we perturb C a bit to get a new, suitable club set? perhaps constructing by transfinite recursion along C
