Don't discount it just yet, autistic girls can be almost ideal in this regard. I knew a girl who was similar to Kurisu (she made a comment to her own virginity a bit like Kurisu did). Kinda this, even though I enjoyed the show. Okabe was the only character with any real depth, and boy did I empathise with the guy, but the girls were kinda 2D personalities to prop up the story. With the half exception of Suzuha, who was more of a mary sue than Kurisu but still had a solid, driven personality. The romantic elements of the story weren't that out of place, but at points it felt forced. For example:
"Great work Okabe! This is why we love you and follow you!" - or words to that effect as said by Daru
"I-I don't follow him" - Kurisu, being a tsundere shitlord, in an outburst that did nothing to further the romance plot whatsoever
Nothing wrong with having a character that's clever and what since she's also obviously introverted and autistic. That's a mary sue as far as someone like Okabe is concerned, but those are in general something along the lines of character faults. The real problem is that she doesn't seem like a real human, like she's just putting on an act. Same with Violet Evergarden, at least of the 2 episodes I could stand watching.

But if it's an autistic girl you're looking for I think Lain beats them all. Those themes about wanting to fit in at school, along with the online mysteries and questions of the nature of consciousness really hit home.

Lain was so relateable I realized I pretty much was Lain. The whole show was the gateway I needed to go from isolation and a partially deconstructed mind, to another world completely. I went so far down a rabbit hole I forgot that I created it and eventually that there was anything to come back to.

This is when it became too relateable. I was pretty much trained to see and hold myself as a godlike being, and this was repeatedly reinforced throughout my life. A crippled, stripped down god made to experience itself as a human. And if I could just find the means, and the way out, I would again have access to what I knew was possible.

The rest, in retrospect, was also relateable. My mind was pretty scrambled and these things weren't clear and on the surface, but it also played in. I knew I had access to what I'd call a form of short range mind control for example. The trance state like where she was talking to the totem pole, or wooden mask I can't remember, was a frequent experience. Beyond the veil.

I suspect things happened to me as a child that I can't remember. It hit me during this brief exchange that the sudden scrambling of my ability to say anything that makes sense, and my loss of memory. in certain topics and states may actually be a system designed to keep me from talking or knowing the truth. But I feel it there, every second of every day, just out of sight.

It's the simplest answer, and some part of me knows it's true. I have tried to force my way into this memory cluster and there was a brief moment where everything in my mind went still, then I felt everything yanked out of my head. My mind was empty in a way I've never felt before. Then all my emotions were inverted, I was left disoriented, it took many days to wear off. That and my dreams and nightmares when I was younger, and the episodes where I'd feel a sense of terror with a force around me, and I'd sit motionless for hours. I just knew motion meant death. That sounds like a defective silence alter. My mind naturally splintered apart into multiple personalities, I was always terrified of being "the wrong one" and not having skills or memories. Lastly, I have a deep fear of tall vertical lines. A stove pipe, a string tied to the ceiling. The sound of old paper turning makes me angry,
