How is premed work load larger? It's just general biology, general chemistry, general organic chemistry, and general physics.

You can be a psychology major, get an easy 4.0 as long as you get the core classes, you're set. A STEM major will be taking 3-4 science courses + labs per semester, while doing research on the side.

A premed wouldn't even know how to operate a pipette.
