I'm studying for my exam and while I understood the majority of the material and can do the exercises, I keep making minor mistakes. Frequently. Really minuscule shit, like writing something down wrong or overlooking something. It ends up ruining the result, despite me knowing how to do it.

What do? I guess it's a concentration problem. I have 4 days left to fix that. I don't think it's due to a lack of practice

Wireless devices. Used to happen to me at one of my jobs. Very simple strictly serial tasks would incur and accumulate errors that just should not have happened. And it happened to almost everyone, especially in particular locations.

Aluminum exposure as well. The two are synergistic. Some other lesser aspects might be playing in. This world, and my mind, definitely don't feel and work the way I remember and it's gotten really bad in the last 7 years.

Are you going to educate yourself and react? Probably not. But there you have it, the actual cause, backed up by a mountain of high quality peer reviewed literature.

This. Track the mistakes you make and list them out, this will become your list to check against and ensure you didn't make the same mistakes again.

Masturbation and sexual excesses increase prolactin which exerts antidopaminergic effects long past the refractory period. You're your own worst enemy here. This is why you can't concentrate and why you do not have motivation. Stop watching porn and stop habitually touching yourself and you'll find it much easier to do academic study.

I used to have this problem. I fixed it by slowing down and double checking what I was doing at each step.
