I did, it is essentially what I have tried and it doesn't work. Muscles just won't grow despite lifting. They stay the same eternally. Exactly the same. Two pics two years apart are like two pics a sec apart.

It might be for strength but I didn't gain a lot of it either. Still below 2/3/4 bp/sq/dl. This is because I can't gain muscle required for strength that the average joe gets to build during the program.

Fix your diet if its fucked. Most supplements and protein are a meme. Get your protein from meat and milk get plenty of vegetables. Other than that consistency consistency consistency

5'9" while I've seen huge 6'5" guys. It's not that I gain slowly, I literally don't grow no matter what. Probably not half a pound of muscle in years of strength training and eating on a surplus and with an extremeky hyperproteined diet (from meat). Nothing works

I thought the same until I started force feeding myself and upping volume even more.
I couldnt gain for shit and lifted for years. Started eating even more, sleeping 8-9 hours, lifting heavy and often and for lots of volume.

Fo reference, SS didnt work for me. Wasn't enough total volume while the frequency was too high for me to up the lifts every session. Did Upper/Lower 2 times a week and it helped, a lot.
