NASA’s funding is affected by the size of the economy, and the tax percentages on wealth
On top of that, it’s percentage on a pie chart is affected by spending more on other programs, so it is very misleading to use that chart.
An inflation adjusted chart is the best way to summarize the changes in NASA’s budget over time.
