No.
No.
No.
Unless you're actually going to bother to put in a little bit of effort, I expect no one else to.
But all of those fields still have a massive amount of growth left in them, and by the time we get around to answering what are "end game" questions now, that in itself will probably only open up even more "end game" questions.
Now, get off of this board you lazy fuck, and learn how to use Google.

I've seen so many scientists and commentators bemoaning how difficult it is to make progress today. Where before you could have lone inventors who could change the course of the entire world, now even enormous teams of researchers can barely move the needle.

I'm simply wondering what are the recent advances? As in the past decade to 15 years

Progress staggers in fits and starts. Always has. It has never been a smooth progression. It's not an evolution, it's a series of REVolutions. Hence, technological revolutions. There is bound to be yet another dry spell before we make another major breakthrough. But I do believe there will be many more. We just have to be patient and not get antsy. I believe what we need now to make further progress is, in the words of Elon Musk:
>the democratization of intelligence
People fret about how brain computer interfaces being used for mind control, but Musk knows better. What we have today is the monopolization of intelligence by corporations and governments. A global intelligence will open up limitless possibility. Mind control will not be a problem since the mythos of individualism will be a thing of the past once this happens.

There hasn't been much in the past 100 years or so. But keep in mind math has been a central topic of academia for almost 3000 years, so a century doesn't really mean much. Math moves slower than the empirical fields.

what happened to basically all of modern logic, modern alg geo and operator theory, and the great number of open number theoretic and geometric conjectures that have been tackled in that time?

Theoretical advances often open up space that isn't used in application until decades or centuries later. Take a longer view of the issue.
