A year ago I went to Moldova and got my body scanned as a part of some mental health assessment. I remember them telling me that there’s a part of my neck that’s a little clogged up(?) and it’s caused a lack of blood to flow on a side of my brain. Unfortunately, I can’t go back there any time soon and ask for details - I was supposed to take medicine. I live in the UK where they seem disinterested in giving me a brain scan so I am wondering - what particular illness could this be? Is it dangerous? Is there any known medication?

Depression, extreme fatigue, chronic neck pain and occasional migraines - these are the notable ones.

I also have moments where my vision is very blurred and my legs are so weak that i end up dropping to the ground. I’ve had numerous blood tests but they I don’t have anything wrong in that department.

Contact the place where you got the scan and ask them to send results, that you might show them to healthcare providers where you live?

Carotid artery disease (plaque buildup) pretty common but sometimes serious. If its bad you’ll need an endarterectomy.
