Isn't consciousness just matter evolving better ways of extending its own lifetime, i.e extending the time before it turns into a soup of radiation and ceases being matter, i.e maintaining low entropy?
Isn't the point of life and the Universe itself therefor to fight entropy?

A lot of people doesn't realize this.

There isn't a perfect overlap between the different "philosophies" of Mathematics. It's basically different fields mashed together based on different axioms and thus not directly applicable to each other.

Euclidean space is based on a specific set of axioms

The universe as a system wants to increase entropy as much as possible while still using the least amount of energy to do so.

I genuinely think all species and intelligences in the universe will eventually try to "fight" entropy by looking for loopholes. If for the trillions of years in the future that wasn't possible then existence itself was just a cruel joke to torture the species into perpetually trying to fix something.

If it IS fixable then it means that the universe got conscious of itself to try and fix itself as a sort of defense mechanism.

This is also false my dude. They do it based on copenhagen interpretation while it's equally solvable with pilot wave that doesn't use those mathematics.
