Will freshman year fuck up my opportunities for grad school? Would it be worthwhile to retake the class that I had a C in?

You should retake all classes that you got less than a B in.

Provided you continue to do well, it will not matter at all.
>Would it be worthwhile to retake the class that I had a C in?
Quite likely yes. Switching a C to an A will provide a fairly decent boost to your GPA for very little work.

Retake the classes but low freshman grades won't ruin grad school chances so long as your subsequent grades show improvement, which they do.
