Student Athlete's are required to have good grades to remain eligible for scholarships or stay on the team.
Also, it's not difficult to exercise 1 hr couple days a week..

I find that it goes away as you get older. The people who were unintelligent jocks at a younger age will either have actually become athletes or let themselves go by adulthood, but the people who continue on with intellectual pursuits are often the disciplined types that will actually force themselves to stay fit.

Also the fact that many of them use amfetamin, and dopamin to enchance studying progress would support your hypothesis.

But generalising that to be the case with all doctors would be stupid, it only is the case with most of them. I have also met good doctors tho rare they may be.

Being not adept socially is not sign of being genius. It is a sign of autism.
The nerds in movies are actors, if you compare them to nerds, you are sadly way off target zone. The actors are only selected to act if they are socially presented in positive way to the producer or who ever chooses the actors. And so the image of nerds the idiot with the power to decide the actor is the one that is reflected in the movie. Not the actual nerds who are far from the stereotypic movie nerd.

Also I know some pretty smart people. And tho not many of them are genius level, the intelligense seems to correlate with beauty. exeptions ofcourse occur, but I would say not more that average amount of exeptions that in general population of average intelligent people.
In conclusion I would say the more intelligent, the more avare of once aesthetical strong suits they are.

How ever more inteligent people also understand the futility of vainnes. Being beautifull is good for attention but tends to downgrade your credibility.
Also being dropded gorgeous is a bad. You will never be regarded genius if ½ envy your looks and ½ wants to bang you. Nobody pays attention to what you say.

Attractive people are handed everything through a twisted form of charity their entire lives so clearly the issue needs to be looked at with more nuance. Are attractive people smarter, or do they only seem that way because they receive confidence and self-esteem for free? Ugly and sometimes even slightly below average kids are often afflicted with C-PTSD-like symptoms from trauma and general anxiety due to constant harassment and rejection by their peer group. C-PTSD and anxiety disorders will simulate drastically lower intelligence in the affected individual by any form of assessment. It's silly to compare a privileged charity group (good looking people) with an oppressed group with high cortisol levels and emotional afflictions (anyone below average in looks). You would need to do a study controlling for these issues to assess the actual differences in intelligence, not just eyeball it.

The idea that there's some kind of trade off for IQ or athleticism is born from shitty dualistic philosophies. Our minds are not separate from our bodies, and the potential for mind is connected to our bodies. The world isn't some RPG where you have to allocate points to your stats. This thinking is why there are so many Asian incels. They were taught athleticism is primitive so whites and even the occasional negroid steals their women.
