Is there an IQ test online that:
1. is free
2. doesn't require registration
3. is actually good?
Because most of the test I've seen require some kind of registration or they don't even ask you about your age.

IQ tests doesn't exist on net, you have to see a psychologist for that

No. I did several online IQ tests. All of them are pretty similar, yet I've ranged from 90 to 200 IQ. Some of them give you really high scores just by randomly giving answers as fast as you can.

These.

They give approximate data, but even for a real test they are worthless without psychological interpretation

What is the cheapest IQ test you can think of that is reputible and has psychological interpretation, ie: WAIS, Standford Binet. Did the Mensa culture fair already (141 brainlet) but I want an actual breakdown of my score/scores and abilities.
