If nofap is placebo then why people keep claiming the same results over and over again on reddit.

I've personally found that music becomes more angelical and sound better after a week on nofap, have more motivation, more energy, more happiness and other shit.

Isn't this enough to get some scientists start to analyze nofap scientifically?
