I got sulfuric acid on my hands, a lot. I was using this drain cleaner and I know that it was obviosly a high concentration of sulfuric acid. It spilled all over my palm and dripped a ton on the back of my hand. The palm I washed off near immediately, the back of the hand was on for s little bit of time, maybe 30 seconds to a minute. My hands feel dehydrated but I want to know what’s the worse that will happen and how bad it looks.

Well. First I would like you to know that if this happens again the first thing you should do is to wipe the acid off your hands and only after wash it with water for several minutes. Concentrated sulfuric acid mixed with water heats up big time and you can get burns from just that. Your hands do not look that bad I have seen worse. The marks will be there for a long time (maybe will not heal properly). No biggies. Be careful next time you had luck now.
