Can a not so intelligent person learn physics ?
I really like physics but I am not that smart sadly

If you mean physics at school, just learn the formulas and try to apply them in real world to see the meaning of variables in formula. Physics is just easier and more human math.

In my experience, doing well in physics is mostly a function of paying attention and keeping your mind open. Having a strong math background is good, even though undergrad physics isn't too mathematical rigorous (until you hit advanced undergrad). Go to class, do the homework on time, and always ask your professor for help when you need it.
