yeah but like it wouldnt be *everything* just the common stuff that people usually buy, and seperated by category like in the video (e.g. meats, dairy, grains,fruit/veggie, and misc like peanut butter) maybe even giving a spot to the highest bidder for each category

A) at McD's you only order a handful of things even if you limit the selection you aren't limiting the number of items in the basket
B) Labor and machines cost money.
C) Grocery delivery exists.
D) They are phasing out self checkout because it wasn't worth the hassle.
