Omega-3, and they’ve been around for like, forever. We need it for regular brain functioning. In the case of deficiency, it can boost cognitive abilities, and I suspect I was deficient (no fish or flaxseed oil in my diet)

this

or what about the nocebo effect? which where you believe you're sick so you become sick, which is pretty much the basis for voodoo magic, but has other unseen actions in every day life
What if 70% of all diseases is just a nocebo effect, a trick of the mind?

The job market isn’t significantly better for most other STEM majors much less anyone in humanities or business. Basically finance, eng and cs are the only fields with work and this is more a mark against the economy than most STEM fields. Being useful to a deleterious system isn’t something to take pride in, unless you’re a dumb sociopath that is :^)

>> No.10046039

literally useless... only thing that i think can work are recaptation inhibitors or something similar(zoloft, methylphenidate, galantamine, gaaba rpam) and they all will fry your neurons in large doses because exitotocicity and send you syraight to mania or psychosis

if you look at the recommended amount of omega3s (as in EPA and DHA specifically), you probably won't get that from regularly eating fish. Tuna specifically has very little fat anyway.
