While Iq does represent an AVERAGE, you shouldn't base your iq belief off of entire countries when encountering a person. Rather using genetics. Even though, deviations occur on every race, simply with a mean starting left far more for some than others.(ie avg are dumber so more intelligent people need higher deviation, hence rarest)

Doesn't seem like that would tell you much about what the difference in average IQ would be if environmental circumstances were completely equal.

At this point everyone knows and accepts blacks have a lower average IQ. The numbers are right there in front of your face. The question is how much of that is genetic and how much is environmental.

Research has suggested that it's genetic in the same way your height is genetic.

For example, if both of your parents have a tall gene, then you will probably grow up to be tall. However, various environmental factors (such as your nutrition) can prevent you from reaching your maximum potential height. The same concept seems to apply to IQ.

The only reason American blacks even have an IQ above the 70s range is because of the white genes mixed in with them. Fact, the more white or Asian a black person is (even if they are perceived as black) the higher their intellect.
Fact, black children develop faster than children of other races. Slower development time is linked with more intelligence. I saw this as a black but we are on average dumb as shit. Eugenics is the only answer.

How do you explain such uniformity in the U.S.? It could be a relatively even mixture of races throughout, but I'm more inclined to believe the overall culture and education has contributed some to the eveness. if it was really accepted by science that there is one race superior for all intelectual tasks then corporations would have taken advantage of it. Racial IQ isn't based on genetics, its largely based on environmental conditions.

Europe had a large advance in development and technology because of all the competition. Technologies like the internet weren't made for you to shitpost on but were made as tools against other countries in originality.

In Africa the environmental conditions are such to where its hard to get long term civilization beyond city states there due to the fact a lot of it is desert, savannah, and jungle. In recent times there is growth and you see africans in african cities getting jobs as engineers but this is in the gated cities which absorb the growth compared to the countryside.

No, IQ is not largely based on genes. It's largery based on education, neurological stimulation, environment etc. Even with bad genes you still can have intelligent individuals while you will never get anyone intelligent if you close a kid in a cage without any education or society.

Races will have different average IQ simply because of fundamental statistical errors. However these differences are insignificant compared to how literally every other factor changes the result. You could in theory remove all these factors in some unethical experiment but what's the point? It will never adequately represent real world where people from poorer countries or different cultures(that do not value success that much) will score much lower.

Keep in mind that most of the current African countries have only existed for 5-6 decades. Nigeria, Rwanda, Ghana, South Africa, Angola, and Kenya are currently making similar economic strides that pulled China and South Korea out of poverty
