If you are going to vape, which I recommend not starting, then make sure your juice does not have Diacetyl in it or other flavorings since they might cause popcorn lung. I also recommend keeping the vapor in your mouth to let it cool before inhaling for obvious reasons.

It's significantly less bad than smoking but generally speaking inhaling anything that isn't air isn't good for you.
I personally vape as a substitute for smoking and I'm glad I made the switch.
However, if you don't smoke and are considering of taking up vaping, you're a turbo retard and should kill yourself.
It also makes you look like a chode but that's because of the kind of people it attracts, feels bad, man.

Not data, but from personal experience It's a lot easier to just smoke (or rather 'vape', as the "enthusiasts" will insist) absent mindedly, because you don't get that feeling you get with cigarettes where you absolutely HATE it near the end, it tastes better and it doesn't make you feel sick if you smoke more.
It does however have the upside of being able to smoke just the amount you want, and not having to soldier through an entire cigarette just so it won't be wasted.
It gives you more liberty to use it as much as you want, for better and for worse.
Like with cigarettes, to avoid just smoking out of boredom, keep yourself occupied and moving, even if I do something in front of the computer there's nothing stopping me from "vaping", but I use it a lot less when I'm on the move.

It's infinitely better than cigarettes. In my country like almost everyone smokes, from mid-highschool. Didn't even know that people in the USA largely don't smoke anymore recently. I don't get why they aren't more hyped.
