What do sci thinks of nuclear glass sand being found on the sahara deserts that is similar to nuclear tests sand?

There are extremely long lasting isotopes that do not occur naturally in nature, but are created when nuclear weapons are detonated. There is no evidence of these isotopes in the geological record prior to the 1940s. There would be if little caveman fellas had been having nuclear wars, therefore it is overwhelmingly likely that they in fact, were not.

>nuclear glass sand
All it takes to melt sand into glass is a lot of heat. My dad was a lineman working for National Grid. He showed me some volcanic glass that was made when a powerline went down. So much electricity was discharged before the nearest transformer killed the power that it melted a good 10-20 feet of sand into lumps of volcanic glass.

So my money is on lightning strikes making that glass.

This. Look at what happens when lightning hits sand.
