I looked at it, and I would still take these statistics with an ENORMOUS grain of salt. In regard to judging a state's average intelligence, it's practically useless. For example, 11/50 states only had 3% or less participation. West Virginia with 3%, had only 2,406 out of 1.816 million people participating. This is a minuscule sample size, not representative of the whole population.

Worse yet, the 16 states with 5%=> participation, scored on average 1242. Note the national average was 1060. And these aren't even heavily populated states. These are some of the least populated states like; N/S Dekoda, Utah, Kentucky, Kansas, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Minnesota, etc.

To skew the results of a state, just have a very few smart people take the SAT/IQ/ACT test. And that's what I'm seeing with South Dekoda's miserable 237 participants.
