if you got 23/25 you're genius level for sure, but maybe you just got lucky. Any test this short is gonna be pretty unpredictable.

But yeah, guessing randomly you would get about 100 iq, so...

Anyways, I got 130, pretty good considering pattern recognition(which is all IQ describes) was never my strong suite, I'm a much more creative than reactive learner. Also feel like I got pretty unlucky.

>But yeah, guessing randomly you would get about 100 iq, so...
Yeah, but the test is hard enough that some one with an IQ of 100 (that was trying) would only get 4 right

>> No.10031944

>>10031941
3 or 4 of them were very obvious, then if you guessed the rest of them you'd still end up with 6-8 right. Of course, I don't know what it's like to be 100 IQ but I doubt you would not know any of them.

So I haven't done anything academically challenging in the past 1.5 years. Basically rot and neeted away. Let's say I take a iq test now and then study math for some time and retake the test, would you expect any change in my IQ?

Lol

I have a rule with IQ tests if you put the same answer and get anything above 70 it's a piece of trash

All 1s get you 4 right answers which means a 100iq on this test a monkey can get.

Got 16, and I'm slightly above average IQ irl.

Subtract about 35 IQ points to what the test gives you for an accurate rating

On the topic of IQ tests, anyone know how to solve this matrix? Did giqtest.com and my results lined up with childhood testing (only got two points higher for a 144), but I can't figure out this one.

>> No.10034061

>>10033992
My guess is (1)

Going from left to right on each row, the total number of enclosed spaces in each square decreases.

3,1,0
7,3,1
2,1,?

Therefore box #1 is the only sensible answer, as it doesn't have any enclosed spaces.

yeah, my best guess was going to be something like entropy increasing or decreasing. There's no way there is some sort of consistent transformation happening here.

Some dots are intuitive connections.
Most create a consistent movement pattern if you isolate certain dots/dot collections, and move them as components of the whole.

It's pretty difficult but once I saw that I saw what I was doing wrong, and that was treating it as a whole moving part.

It's the triangle. The last row, the circles are compressed into lines, one per picture. There were 3 circles, that eventually turn into 3 lines, which happen to form a triangle.
