The red pill: It's a competitive academic field that unless you're also an expert in engineering and biochemistry on top of knowing biotechnology/molecular techniques, you'll be a brainlet grunt pipette bitch for life. It's great for undergrad because at least you learn useful skills for when you get into grad school.
