Unironically a great resource for introductory math. He's not really useful for higher math, but he does a good job of going through the fundamentals and some of the intuition. That, and I just get this big, wholesome vibe off of him.

He's a great guy, honestly. If you want to get into math for whatever reason (be it higher education or just curiosity), his videos would help you quite a bit.
Really shows just how weird modern education is - the only way you can become good at your subject is by studying it in your own free time with uni providing the fundamental base (and lab practice if you're a chemist or whatever).

Great for highschoolers and people who want to refresh on elementary math. I've never tried any of his other stuff. He does seem to have a lot on his site, though I remember my friend saying he watched some of his videos for our 1st EE course when we were freshmen.

Helps you immensely if you go by your own pace. The slow pace is because he explains everything he does to give you an overall more intuitive sense of what is being done, but if you get it, you can skip forward the video.
The reason why it is infinitely better than going to a school or a lecture, is that these videos are personal and you can always stop, skip, rewind, and go back to the previous video. At school, you are speeding forward with the clock, the alloted time for the lesson. Not only that, you can't easily communicate with the teacher when you are straining to figure out something that he did, abd the course doesn't stop but keeps moving and essentially waste your time and brain because you are straining to figure out or remembering something that would make sense of it all. The course is also for everyone and most of the times teachers are giving preferential treatment for the people who are up to date with everything and can answer questions.

Tl;dr : Khan academy > highschool

My middle school math teacher, who was actually pretty cool, once recommended khan academy. That was 7 or 8 years ago. I've never actually watched any of his videos.

His videos are low quality compared to some other open source alternatives like MIT OCW and so forth.

The website pedagogical organisation is bad. Especially beyond the freshman level.
