How do I get my brain back into shape? It feels like my brain has wasted away over two years of being out of college and feeding my dopamine addiction through scroolling.

Pqq and lions mane restore neuroplasticity and reverse memory loss so much in dementia and alzheimers patients that it's actually used to treat it.

Also lions mane when taken before sleep makes your dreams super easy to remember and more vivid, you'll find learning things easier when taking both, taking huperzine a throughout the day will always help with memory, it'll be way easier to see something once and remember it.

Simply start studying. You can, of course, take things like Semax, Pinealon, Cerebrolysin, TAK-653, Tabernanthalog, Tropisetron, Bromantane (especially great against addictions), intranasal deferoxamine, NSI-189, PRL-8-53, intranasal insulin, etc. but they won't do all the work by themselves. They can only *help* massively.

I have big bones to pick with people who don't realize neuroprotection and information processing are miles and miles apart. You shouldn't actually care, beyond cognitive enhancement purposes.
Dirtiness is now a separate value. And it has taken priority over CE
I don't do that. The only priority should be CE, not, feelings of dirtiness.
The brain >is< made to delve into toxicity.

The implications of toxicity don't necessitate cognitive impairment, sometimes, quite the opposite, in clever ways. You don't need to pay attn to neuroprotection, because the laws of information processing will tell you when you'd start to be dumber better than observing neuroprotection would.
It's just a logic thing. Neuroprotection only matters insofar as it's relevant to information processing.
I'm making a drug that aims to increase nr2b subunits levels on the surface of neurons, (therefore NMDA receptors) in many brain areas that govern memory, learning, focus, and recall. Technically I've started synthesis but it's a while away yet, like 3 months away. Research NR2B and you'll be excited. Headstart: doogie mice.
I'm using peptides and polysaccharides that occur naturally, so, it's at least somewhat safe. Ofc NMDA, and nr2b, in particular, can cause neural death. So, we'll try to avoid it. Using Davunetide seems best. And deferoxamine most likely.

How it's unrelated? Your brain is made of 60% fat and the best source of carbs are from the metabolizing of meat. If you eat your natural diet, you work better it's not only related to neuroprotection. In ur case it could be enhancement, unless you already eat well then you're right and i have nothing to bring about CE

It likely won't make an immediate difference and everyone can respond to a substance differently, but Lion's Mane is definitely one of the more effective ones out there.

I've tried numerous nootropics and supplements and Lion's Mane is the only one that I noticed improving my memory which is already quite good. It takes like a week or so for the effect to work and it's subtle, but definitely there.

ITS FUNNY YOU GO TO SCHOOL AND YOUR BRAIN FEELS BURNT OUT AND WASTED.

THATS THE POINT. ITS CALLED BEING TAUGHT.

LIKE A ROPE. PULLED TIGHTLY IN ONE DIRECTION.

UNSCHOOL YOURSELF NOW AND UNLEARN EVERYTHING YOU HAVE LEARNED.

OR IF YOU LIKE KNOWING EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING JUST LIKE EVERYONE ELSE NOW, THEN GO GET A JOB LIKE EVERYONE ELSE UNTIL YOU DIE.

THATS THE PURPOSE OF SCHOOL ANYWAY, TO GET A JOB.

get rid of my ADHD symptoms, anxiety, depression and it lasts a few dats aswell. Downside is the treatment costs over hundred bucks each session so if you have the money do it but if you don't get a prescription for Vyvanse or Concerta.

Most visualizers take it completely for granted. You unironically have a superpower and you completely ignore it. For example, if you were on a long train ride, instead of staring at your phone like some kind of NPC you could practice an instrument in your head the entire time, which literally uses all the same parts of your brain as if you were actually doing it. Or you could daydream cool shit.

If there is a natural way to "fix" it at all, it would be through regular practice. Of course, if you can't visualize at all, it's pretty hard to find a meaningful starting point for your pracatice, but here's something I came up with that might do the trick for some people: stare at your hands for a bit and try to really concentrate on their shape; don't try to think about what you're seeing in any conceptual terms, but focus purely on the visual aspect, then close your eyes momentarily and see if you can make the image persist in your mind at least for another moment or two. Keep trying until you can. Once you get better at that, try moving your hands with your eyes closed and see if you can imagine where they are in space -- this is much easier than imagining something completely disconnected from reality, because you always have a pretty good sense of where your hands are and what pose they are, even without seeing them or visualizing anything, so it gives you something tangible to work with.

Thanks for mentioning Deferoxamine. I wish more anons would try it out. Some time ago I've hit a plateau with people giving dose reports and quite a few people from the 20+ individuals who've given dose reports I've gotten overwhelmingly positive reviews. I have heard from 1 person out of those 20 who had developed mucormycosis and consulted with them in their treatment. They were fortunate enough to have rapamycin and they had incorporated intranasal black seed oil but it's something that everyone should be mindful of. DFO has great potential as one of the most powerful cognitive enhancers especially for the price. Fortunately I've come across a compound that should go well beyond the potency of DFO and chelate labile iron from our braincells by promoting its export.
I believe its synthesis should only take a month and I may have it by late October if not early November.

If Your diet is shit you are compromising your health down the line and in the short term a high salt high fat/high sugar diet will disturb many brain functions which are necessary for support of healthy neurotransmission. You really can't get away with it forever.

Semax has been nice in my experience, I've known a few people who have used nsi and have positive reports. I'm not quite sure if it may benefit you in your case to use intranasal insulin atm as many people who have eaten poor diets are poor responders to intranasal insulin. Deferoxamine I'd say has given me one of the most overwhelmingly positive experiences of all the drugs that I've tried next to insulin. Insulin and DFO are fairly synergistic. Dfo chelates iron that accumulates in the brain as a consequence of aging and inflammation. This iron promotes the failure in autophagy and ultimately insulin sensitivity within our brain cells leading to cognitive decline.

30-50 iu insulin between meals has been one of my favorites for many months. When I was cycling DFO I would mix insulin with dfo 2ml per vial and my typical dose would be 125mg.

All of this advice I believe can't really be of the greatest use to you if you don't take care of your mental health. Being stuck in the belief that your potential is inherently limited due to self doubt or depression really is going to set you back.
