Before you trust "Science" like the braindead drone you are, remember that just 20 years ago people believed oil came from dead dinosaurs.

What is real is what we perceive so therefore if I perceive in my mind that oil is made from dinosaurs, oil is made from dinosaurs. BTFO

Your GPS relies on time broadcasted from the GPS satellites. Due to their speed in orbit, time dilation occurs - an effect of relativity. If you don't take this into account, your position will be very imprecise.

Yeah its a lot like these climate job whackos who scream the sky is burning. These Yahoo's would think the Earth was flat if the government told em. Caesar would be rolling in his grave if he heard that nonsense. Sad he was burned for it

This is beyond wrong. Science is not about trust, it is about disproving theses.

North Sea oil appears to be from algae in ancient riverbeds.

Lets assume for a moment Einstein wasn't a fagg.
Then the deviation per year is 0,000003%.
That means its irrelevant. Because I doubt that you have any clock who has a such high precision that it cant deviate due to the inner mechanics about 0,000003% per year.
It actually needs to be much more precise, because if its just as precise, it doesn't matter.

>time dilation occurs - an effect of relativity
yes, its an effect of relativity but practically this is just an offset in the clocks that has to be corrected
since the occurring error is systematic, its easy to correct, even without knowing anything about relativity theory
so technically speaking its questionable >>12749282 whether
GPS devices wouldnt really work without it

>> No.12749718

t. does not know what an atomic clock is
For your information btw a drift of 0.000003% means a difference in position of over 107 meters, due to the distances involved. Actual GPS accuracy is down to the meter-scale due to atomic clock accuracy and relativity considerations.
