Online mathematics tests when the website doesn't support TeX or something.
You're required to submit answers like
3^(a+d) or surd(5)
The software has a sad if it's slightly wrong.
Takes 1-2mins extra to reformat, lecturer doesn't account for that and makes it shorter anyway.
Loose 15% on my test because I ran out of time to submit an answer I knew was right because I had to reformat it. In a written test I would have got that question right.
I literally can't get a 4.0 GPA because of this now
