My teachers actually taught these methods to me in school. I dont understand why the teachers just explain these tricks when teaching the class, instead of completly overhauling the system just to force them to learn it this way

This, the problem with blacks is their culture
It is little wonder they have it given how they were treated a few generations ago but unless their culture gets changed they won't stop underperforming
