Russia Space Chief Suggests International Space Station Leak Could Be Sabotage

https://motherboard.vice.com/en_us/article/kzymva/russia-space-chief-suggests-international-space-station-leak-could-be-sabotage

>The leak was detected last Wednesday by ground controllers
>Thursday, the astronauts and cosmonauts tracked down the puncture to the Russian Soyuz MS-09 capsule docked to the ISS
>two-millimeter hole in the hull
>Initial reports suggested micrometeorite
>ruled out since the puncture appeared to have been created from INSIDE the capsule

It's always the Americans. Their barbarity is unavoidable.

>"There were several attempts at drilling," Rogozin said late Monday in televised comments, adding that the drill appeared to have been held by a "wavering hand".
Hey Alexei, I dare you to drill hole in Soyuz! That would be good joke!

In Russia, there are no accidents. Everything happens for a reason, even if you don't know what that reason is. Hole in Soyuz capsule....who dun it? https://www.aerosociety.com/news/puncture-repair-on-the-iss/

Having run out of schools, movie theaters and night clubs, they've now resorted to shooting up space stations.

How do you even find something like that?

With the ground immediately leaping to the "Cosmonauts did it!" senario, we see that the Russians have not changed the way they tun their stations since Mir.

We need to get control of our own program back -- working with them is not going to be possible in the long term, the cultural differences are just too ingrained.

Possible scenario:
>Russian guy who works at Roscosmos
>always the screw-up
>somehow drills hole in side of Soyuz
>"Vill plug hole witt gloo, nobody notice, is disposable part anyhow!"
>Soyuz goes up and docks
>exposure to vacuum and sunlight causes glue to weaken over time
>little of plug of glue pops out into space
