I write what I observed.

> Start PhD in Alzheimers field. At the beginning I thought the disease is anyhow related to Abeta. At the end this view changed. I noticed that leading scientists manipulated data. Especially data issuing "toxicity" regarding Abeta which cannot be reproduced. Neither in mice lines, nore in cell culture. Anyway, in my institute the developed a drug which now goes into clinical trial. I estimated binding coefficients, and they were crap. I proved binding mechanism and had to leave after finishing PhD (because of this). I wasnot allowed to publishthat btw. The mouse trials were manipulated, by either/and repeating until you see what you want and small sample numbers. Now it goes into clinical. The funny stuff is, that half of the Alzheimers field is fake science.
I started to write a Review whichs proofs that Abeta is not necessary for clinical progression in AD. No one will ever accept it when you have no name in this field.
