With enough fuel, could the iss leave orbit if we wanted it to?

Of course.
There are still a few problems you may want to care about though:
It doesn't have tanks to store all that fuel, not to mention its circuitry wasn't build to operate above van allen belts, so everything would just stop working.

There is a scene in the movie 'Interstellar' that claims bankrupting Russia was the main motive for the fake moon mission. I believe that is the best explanation. Space is too expensive. You need dedicated maintenance teams to maintain the average submarine. A spaceship should be no different.

Even if all missions were faked, that still wouldn't mean Earth is flat or space doesn't exist.

It could be a matter of finances and technical limitations. We know space travel would require maintenance teams and onsite metal fabrication labs just like a military submarine. Those two factors alone would make it cost prohibitive. Then. there are the technical limitations of rockets sending up what is essentially heavy submarines to space. Another technical limitation would be the deadly radioactive Van Allen belts.

It would get smaller retard.

Why would they need to do that? Shooting radio waves across a flat plane isn't hard.

>You fucking retard, you can see it with a decent pair of binoculars, let alone a decent telescope.
It's a hologram brainlet, there's no one in that thing.

I was reading about methods for defeating asteroid impacts, and in the case of late detection, one of the better plans for dealing with particularly large ones is to send up booster rockets (presumably on other rockets), attach them to the ISS, and send the ISS at said threatening asteroid as fast as possible, turning it into a kinetic bomb.

Seems the link is dead, but it had the math and cost analysis (never quite understood why end-of-the-world scenarios have cost analysis, but yeah.) Would be inevitably more effective than taking all the world's nuclear warheads and sticking them on said asteroid.

So yeah, seems it could be done, assuming you don't care if the ISS survives the trip.

(Still a shit way to phrase the question though.)

Those shirts seem to make a problem for your green-screen theory.

I don't understand how magnets can make it possible to look at the same point in the sky by looking in 180 degrees the other direction, depending on where you stand. That seems beyond the power of a magnetic field.

Perhaps you can expand it, without resorting to hand-waving irrelevancies, goalpost shifting, or just saying "magnets" repeatedly.
