I am getting a bachelor's degree in physics. What is the hardest class I will take?
So far, thermodynamics and statistical mechanics has probably been the hardest.

do you have a climate physics module? that can be a bitch.

No, just pure physics.
I'm kinda worried about Quantum Mechanics 1 + 2. They use lots of chemistry, right? Because fuck chemistry.

nope

yes but its physical chemistry so who cares lol

You're double majoring in math or engineering, right?

Unironically thinking about getting a minor in theatre.

I found statistical mechanics the hardest, everything else was pretty easy.

>> No.9705824

>>9705346
for me it was the math class, complex variables.

then we ended up only needing eulers formula... figures

2nd would have to be statistical mechanics and quantum mechanics. i did well in electromagnetism - some have difficulty in that class though

if youre not specializing (no major, no minor), then youre worthless

also, minoring in theatre - horrible

Former political science major/ theatre minor turned double major in physics and math here

Do NOT minor in theatre, it will be a complete waste of your time. It's fun and you'll get to meet and socialize with some actual fun and interesting people, but so much of your time will be spent analyzing scripts and memorizing lines, that you won't have time to understand physics. Unless you truly don't give a shit about physics and you want to coast through your undergrad with low C's then go right ahead. It's almost impossible to get a D in physics unless you purposely don't read one goddamn thing.
