"Elements of Operator Theory" by Kubrusly, or "Elements of the Theory of Functions and Functional Analysis" by Kolmogorov. The first one is pretty expensive if you buy new, but its one of the best Introductions to Functional Analysis i've read, the other one is written by Kolmogorov which guarantees to be a great Introduction as well, and, its cheap as fuck
