Imagine you have two functions:
a(x) = .0001x
b(y) = 1,000y
If x=1,000,000,000 and y=10 then:
a(1,000,000,000)=100,000
b(10) = 10,000
So even though b is the stronger function, a yields the larger answer because it's a weak function but is being applied to a massive input.

Actually, the weak force is the weakest fundamental force.

Gravity has the same strength as em forces.

The problem is that mass quantization is much less than charge quantization.
