I don't see any reason why advanced nanomachines couldn't be used to augment a penis's size and function, in the far future where we've put in the research and development. If the nano could migrate itself to the right sites, obviously without harming living tissue too much, and also was able to change its structure to provide either a floppy or rigid state, you'd have yourself a product millions of people would want. Sperm production could be done, just guessing here, by hijacking those DNA unzipper molecules, and taking half of one of your DNA strands and putting it into an empty sperm. It would have to be some pretty advanced tech to fit that in a gonad sized package. Pardon the pun.
