The sugar intake gives you a rush feeling almost immediately, sating thoughts of it being a placebo.
The caffeine intake takes longer to reach effectiveness.
Downing a can in one go gives you a massive sugar spike without any time for the caffeine to hit your CNS.

Everything else in those drinks is almost pure bullshit - Vitamin B supplements are rarely necessary in a modern nation's diet, and the one (B6?) that may be lacking only effects how quickly your guts process food. Taurine and powdered ginseng and panax root and a dozen other ingrediants are either in amounts too small to give their medicinal benefit or total bullshit.

Energy drinks and "testosterone boosters" are the same type of bullshit, and how they are used (basically as a caffeine supplement, but loaded with sugar) leads to hazardous risks.

You flood your blood stream with sugar.
Body releases insulin hormone to tell cells to open up and accept sugar
Unfortunately too much insulin was released, cells absorb too much sugar
Low blood sugar makes you tired
I think thats the gyst of feeling tired after blood sugar spikes.

As >>9597839 said, don't drink this, or anything similar. Its absolutely horrible for you and anyone who consumes this shit is an imbecile. Rots your teeth, affects your brain, the sugar substitutes probably destroy your kidneys, gut flora, they can trigger diabetes, just an awful product.

We need education on this garbage in school so these products are recognized by all as the poison that they are, or at least so non-retards learn early how horrible they are.

Your body will work will without stimulants if you treat it right, you dont need this shit.
