I've had several "black" people in my upper division classes. Some are African american. Others are transfers from Uganda or other African countries.

Though I do agree that intelligence is partly genetic, whether that part is 30% or 70%, I don't know for sure. But the consensus is that intelligence is about 70% genetic and that's what I'll go with until sufficient proof to the contrary is presented.

Though, personally, I'm a believer of the 80/20 Principle. So I'll be judging things with that bias in mind.
