I have skin tone with a very visible green undertone, what the reason for this? is it because my veins are visible, if that is the case why do people with very pale skin usually have more pink undertone?

Veins are blue when seen through the skin. It probably has to do with that.

Pink comes from oxygenated capillaries closer to the skin. Also why people turn blue from hypoxia.
