Probably to a certain extent. Large centrifuges can alleviate some of the brittle bone problems but they will need constant supplements because at least for the first couple decades a martian colony will likely not be able to produce every food staple that humans need to be really truly healthy. For example they won't be able to grow enough for livestock, so they'll either need preserved meat or protein supplements. They'll need vitamin D supplements as well, since by necessity their colony buildings will have to be buried to give them long term easy radiation shielding, since you can't exactly sunbathe on a planet with no magnetosphere and barely any atmosphere.
