I'm sorry to tell you this anon but the picture is real and there's nothing you can do about it. transmission lines just look flatter the further away from you they are, since all the transmission line photographs are zoomed in a lot. I know that you are trying your best to prove that the obvious example of earth's curvature is somehow fake because you want to keep believing in your fantasy at all costs, but there's just nothing else to it. If you really are to confident that it's fake then call up a friend and get them to take a picture for you. nobody's blocking it. tons of people go there to check for themselves.

the earth is round and you don't want to admit it.

Metabunk/Soundly's photos are clearly 2 dimensional and half the metal structure is not present.

There are photographs of them going back more than 50 years and even in the the oldest ones taken at distance you can see the third dimension.

You should post examples from Metabunk/Soundly. There are numerous as well as real photos to compare.

did you not see my image? in all pictures of transmission lines, the far away ones start appearing as if they are just paper cutouts. you need to realize that the pictures of the power lines over the lake are all zoomed in, so you are looking at just the far away ones. see this image? see how the farther away they get the more two dimensional they seem to be? no matter how much you want the hundreds of photos and videos taken by regular people to be fake, they're not fake. go there yourself and see.

and what's your obsession with a scientific experiment proving that water CAN be convex? you've already proven at this point that even in the presence of extremely compelling evidence you simply will not accept what is obviously true.

Trigonometry and proportions are, along linear function, the most useful thing for day2day life right after most basic operations like sum and multiplication, and before quadratic function. Not an accurate analogy. The oceans are conforming to the surface of a solid oblate spheroidiandonianan. Water droplets on a table are clearly not doing this.

why the fuck is it so hard to understand that a literal photo of curved water superceeds the need for a controlled experiment? the water is obviously curved in the photos i posted.

it's like i post a picture of a green apple, and you go "yeah well what's the scientific experiment that apples can be green???"

the idea that you need a scientific experiment to verify what is obviously shown in numerous photographs is completely preposterous. we already KNOW the earth is round, and that knowledge can be used to INFER that the water is curved. the fact that we can see right there that the damn water is indeed curved just further supports the notion that the earth is round. you don't need to prove the fact that what you can plainly see is indeed possible.

That older post tells me little. A body of water which is perfectly flat (and lies inside of a container shaped correctly, if you want to be pedantic) is still convex. Perhaps you meant to say “curved”?

Because a body of water doesn't maintain a convex shape
A scientific experiment doesn't exist to prove it and won t because how would water stand on top of itself? It would flow and find it s natural level.
The real Earth is covered in 70% water.
Baal Earth is just a meme.
Once the real science bros here realize the facts about water, they ll notice that the only proof that can be offered are fake cgi pictures.

That's why Metabunk.org/Soundly need fake 2 dimensional copy pasta towers to "prove" convex water exists.

Of course it s observable near the ground, but then disappears from real aerial photography, and then re appears in NASA CGI footage.

The real Earth is flat and Baal earth is a meme.
The natural properties of water prove it.
Everyone is going to figure it out.

Metabunk/Soundly should have spent more time on their CGI models cause it s the thing that is going to point it out to everybody who can think critically.

I cannot understand how you are able to continue to believe something despite being shown obvious examples to the contrary.

You were confused for a while about how curvature could be visible at ground level but not from above. i EXPLAINED IT TO YOU. YOU ACCEPTED THE EXPLANATION. however, you apparently just forgot about it and went right back to your original view. how in the world could you just forget something like that?

i am astounded at the lengths you will go to to defend your warped world view, even in the face of concise and obvious evidence to the contrary. Why do you claim that the towers are fake paper cutouts when i showed you that that's just what towers look like when you're facing them roughly head on and they're very far away? I showed you numerous pictorial examples of towers appearing flattened as they get further and further away but apparently you just forgot (?) that you saw them? I am beginning to think you actually have a serious problem with your memory. you seem to be just forgetting times you were obviously shown to be incorrect.

and additionally, you seem to be holding two contradictory views simultaneously. you seem to be on one hand denying the curvature, chalking it up to a mirage (despite the fact that mirages over water decrease curvature) and also claiming that the images are fake. you have two contradictory explanations on your hands and yet you peddle them as if they're both equally true.

There is no curvature. Especially the water. There no scientific experiment that demonstrates and proves water can maintain a convex shape. How would it stand on itself with out flowing and leveling out?
All the word play, double think and double speak in the world won t change the natural properties of water.

Any interested critical thinker is going to start measuring the X axis in aerial photography and where they live and discover that the Baal earth math is a meme and the real Earth is flat.

8 inches x Distance squared in miles.

I ve given them all the resources they need. They re doing it right now. They don t even have to leave the computer.

REMOVE HYPOTHESIS THAT HAVE BEEN PROVEN WRONG, TRY DISPROVING THE OTHERS
RINSE AND REPEAT.
what you are doing is this:
you see around you
looks flat
therefore it is flat
then you go and gather evidence to your belief, instead of trying to prove it wrong.
all the people in this thread are giving you good arguments as to why it is wrong, but you just ignore tham and continue with your confirmation bias. what you are doing is closer to assuming then building from that assumption without testing if your assumption is real.
maths is built upon logic. you can't say whatever you want on maths (except fucking statistics). 2 + 2 is not fucking 3. of that we know because when we lift 2 finger in one hand and lift two fingers in the other hand and count them we get 4 finger, not 3. In this way we can build upon proven result to make more complicated claims, whiuch need to be tested with our previously aquired axioms

you do know that they use more than one system of locating themselves. they have at least 5. GPS is one of them. reason being that if one fails they have the other. Your system is used not to locate the airplane, as stated in the video, it is to keep the pilots from crashing into each other. planes fly really fucking fast, and pilot reactions are not enough to help them. that is why you have the towers at airports to aid the pilots. out in the ocean there is sometimes zero visibility, so planes need a stablished safe method to both save fuel and avoid other planes. if they were all allowed to fly as they want, using inly gos and sattellite communication then there would be a lot more crashes.
