Evolution provides the most evidence by far, even so much so that we can design experiments and witness macroevolution in the lab and in the wild. It's less of a theory, and more of a descriptive term for a phenomenon that is encountered- kind of like how equilibrium in a chemical sense isn't a theory, but rather a phenomenon with theories perhaps surrounding it.
