Just thought I'd stop by to say this. It's currently one of the worst memes in popsci physics. Right up there with wormholes and whiteholes. First off, let's get something out of the way. The second law of thermodynamics says entropy in a closed system has to either increase or stay constant. There's no proof that entropy in all the universe is increasing.

What if I quantumly fluctuate my actuators towards one another? would they spontaneously excite qubil matter which will thus create another universe?
