Try this, write a flow chart for any algorithm you can think up or simply use Euclid's algorithm for GCD. Label each step with assertions that prove the validity of each algorithm step. Now, since this is so "easy", prepare a program that accepts as input another program together with optional assertions, and your program should fill in the remaining assertions automatically so when I load it into a proof assistant it returns as valid.
