No, too reddit. You should be watching /ourgal/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12Q3Mrh03Gk

No, he is honestly pretty bad. Doesn't check his facts or his math. In almost every video (in the past 1-2 years) there is at least one obvious logic/math error.

Also the conformation bias is strong with him. When people criticize his theories he is triggered af, instead of looking trough the evidence and their arguments again.

Honestly his mindset is closer to conspirators (vaccine deniers, flat earthers, and so on). He starts with some vague idea based on a single data point and then selects all evidence for it while discarding the rest.

In truth, I'm sure a good chunk of his viewers don't actually know anything about the lore of the games he talks about, if there is anything to talk about to begin with, so all of the extrapolation of source material is just conjecture.

Something "intelligible" to watch when you procrastinate and feel like being brain dead, and be mildly entertained by. Honestly, I regret all the hours I spent years ago gawking at that, as well as all the vidya too.

I once met a guy in my intro chem course who was a "high functioning" sperg who would bring up conversations about vidya when no one wanted to, just so he could parrot the wacky theories he absorbed goofing off in the library watching mat pat vids.

PBS space time is better but I'm subbed to both. (I'd sub for both if you know what I mean. ;^)))))
