Can I restore my eyesight naturally? I've looked into this and found these two sources.

I've seen people swear by these methods and also people dismiss this as hogwash. Am I being memed, or can you really reverse myopia? Am I being jewed into buying stronger prescriptions every year?

Probably.

You'll be better using laser surgery.

And then keep fucking up his eyes by staring at close things for hours?

Well the distance training for the eyes makes sense, and it might be easy to implent with VR glasses.

It will still take months tough.

Quackery. The bigger issue than your myopia is your extreme gullibility. Luckily, unlike myopia, this can be remedied quite easily. Report to the nearest educational program immediately.

Unless the "training" allows you to deform your eye ball without causing degeneration of the retina, it won't work.

Nature does not give a shit about your vision.
I restored some of my vision with training,
but I still need glasses to compensate for
my astigmatism. Significant help is available,
but there is (as yet) no ultimate cure.
