I would assume that that would be enough but if I'm believing everything you say it sounds like your faculty is insane. Putting effort in and directly showing the plagerism and evidence as to why you wrote it will show your conviction about the issue and press them to handle it.

I went though something similar, and even though I managed to prove I was the one plagiarized against, my relations with colleagues was severely damaged and I ended up leaving the school.

Nah, the other guy involved was pretty popular so when we had our academic altercations a lot of people whom I used to be on good terms with stopped associating with me despite the fact that I was able to prove his wrongdoing.

I wanted to be in an environment where I could comfortably pursue my education and work cilantro collaboratively with others on research, and after a while I realized that hostilities had made it impossible to do so there, so I left in pursuit of greener pastures so-to-speak.

As a law major, I feel compelled to tell you an old adage in court. It is one thing to be in the right, but it's another to get right. If you have spoken to several lawyers and they keep telling you that it's not a good idea to go to court, your case is most likely weak. I did some quick research and the legislation in Serbia seems to be very weak against scientific plagiarism. The legislation offers very little protection. You got 2 options (probably).
1.) Keep fighting the good fight. Don't focus on 1 paper, it's gone, fame/reward's been stolen, but seek vengeance. You will need a lot of allies, will waste your life on it and produce less research, but might improve people's perceptions on why plagiarism is bad.
2.) Go abroad. Rampant plagiarism is only a problem in socialist/proto-communist countries like china, ex-yu, some parts of south america and some parts of the arab world. Elsewhere, plagiarising destroys your career completely and for good.

If timestamp = too short a timeframe to collect data compared to other work then work = plagiarised.
