Not really, like >>8868090 said, you have spectrum's in functional analysis (and by extension in linear algebra which is just a special case of functional analysis).

The spectrum is just set the set of eigenvalues generalized.

But I have to warn you. The "gender operator" has only two eigenvalues so while it is technically still a spectrum, there are only 2 things in that spectrum.
