http://www.cnbc.com/2017/03/28/i-was-a-multi-millionaire-by-27-heres-what-i-learned.html

>I took a long period of mid-life retirement. During that time, I have been getting a PhD, and starting some businesses. I remember one time in my early 30s being at a party when a very physically attractive woman walked up to me, introduced herself and then asked, "What do you do?" I responded, "I'm a student."

>Before I knew it, she had turned around and walked away from me. She instantly stopped talking to me and disappeared into the crowd.

Damn... Would he have been more successful if he had immediately began an in depth discussion of his research?

>le money doesn't buy happiness meme

>I had the fancy million-dollar house in Mountain View (where Google is based). I had a small mortgage on that house, but I could have paid that off any time I wanted. I had a house in another country that I owned outright. I had the luxury cars that I purchased with cash. I had the attractive wife at home. I was highly respected where I worked. I had freedom to work on whatever I chose. I had a very high salary, lucrative stock options, and more money than I knew what to do with.

>But I felt anxious and dissatisfied.

Money doesn't buy happiness is a meme the ultra rich sell to the poorfags to ensure they don't get too jealous and antsy.

money is useless if you can't stand being alone with your own thoughts.

You can't stay distracted forever, and very little distraction is ever complete.

money does buy happiness, but it suffers serious diminishing returns. for most folks, anything over 90k$/year drops off in terms of dollar per unit happiness. quite a few studies done on the subject.

You're so cool, bro. You must be rly rich. But to answer your question, to reasonably own (and not be pouring every single cent you have into A mortgage) a million USD dollar house, you need to be pulling 300k/year minimum, so it's considered wealthy pretty much everywhere, even places where it doesn't get you that big of a house (e.g., like in sanfran). Most Americans live in houses worth less than 200k, and make under 50k/year.

Money doesn't directly lead to pussy.
I mean maybe it doesn't with 500k or so.
But a 21yo Jock will generally fuck more and better pussy than a 35 year old "rich guy".
What gives.
